Garfish
Average size: 35 cm
Maximum size: 70 cm
The garfish has a long an thin body. The head is small with extremely long and thin jaws (the upper one is a little bit shorter), endowed with many little teeth. The dorsal fin and the anal fins are located in a posterior position. It is caught with gillnets and “lampare”.
