Spiny lobster
Average size: 35 cm
Maximum size: 55 cm
It belongs to the group of decapode crustaceans. It has two pair of antennae, the first antennae long and the second antennae shorter, and five pairs of walking legs. This is a benthic species, usually solitary, which lives on rocky or coral bottoms over 150 meters deep. It is caught with fish-traps and the minimum allowed size for fishing is 24 cm.
