Curry flower (Helichrysum italicum) is called the curry flower because of its strong aromatic smell and yellow colour.
The plant belongs to the Asteraceae family and includes about 600 species of plants and flowers.
The therapeutic properties of the plant were highlighted by Laura Santini, doctor of Garfagnana, who published his observations in 1949.
With this plant everything is about the sun, in fact, its name comes from the Greek words helisso (turn around) and chrysos (gold).
The plant can be up to 50 cm high, it has silvery leaves and the flower has a bright golden color.
